Herbie matriculated from Paarl Gimnasium and studied at the University of Stellenbosch where he obtained his B.Comm.LLB Degree.

Herbie moved to Mossel Bay in 1994 to practice as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public. He also completed his Diploma in Company Law.

His main focus is Commercial Law, Property Developments and Supreme Court Litigation.

Herbie has also played an integral part in various developments in the Southern, Eastern and Western Cape as well as the Free State, from inception of each development to the finalization thereof.

Herbie is the firm’s Managing Director.
