Sonja Bantjes is an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public specialising in property developments.
She obtained her LLB from the University of Pretoria in 2015, was admitted as an Attorney in 2018, followed by her admission as a Conveyancer and Notary Public in 2019.
Sonja is involved in every stage of a development, including freehold and sectional title schemes, consolidations, subdivisions, servitudes, and all related conveyancing and notarial work. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, hands-on approach, and commitment to going the extra mile to ensure her clients’ projects succeed.
